FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: sweetening composition comprises at least one water-soluble compound with solubility less than 60 g per 100 g of solution at temperature of 20 C, and at least one anti-crystallizing agent including fraction of at least one oligosaccharide or polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of starch hydrolysates with molar weight of 500-8,000 Dalton and glass transition temperature below 140 C at water content of 0%, and pyrodextrins and polyglucoses with molar weight of 1,000-8,000 Dalton, which are used individually or as mixture thereof. Also disclosed are sugar glass including sweetening composition and aromitizer carrier presenting said composition.
