SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding filling mixture for first sole layer to first injector; heating to viscous flow state and feeding under pressure in dosed portions into first mold provided with false shoe and heated to predetermined temperature; moving false shoe to subsequent position upon completing of injection procedure; cyclically repeating procedures for filling of all molds of rotary table; releasing mold from false shoe; providing injection of second layer of filling mixture and inserting false shoe with boot top part into said mixture; closing and cyclically moving mold to discharge position; determining curing time for each filling mixture; calculating total curing time for all possible combinations of pairs of filling mixtures for first and second layers; equating curing time with rotary table working cycle time on the basis of ratio Twc= T1c+T2c, where T1c is first filling mixture layer curing time, T2c is second filling mixture layer curing time; determining time Tpo of longest associated processing operation and time Ttrans required for transfer of machine from one position to other position; calculating, for all possible combinations of pairs of first and second filling mixture layers, time required for changing positions from formula Tpos=Twc/N, where N is number of curing positions of rotary machine; calculating respective "stoppage" time from formula Tstop=Tpos-Ttrans; comparing Tstop with time of longest processing operation Tpo and setting working "stoppage" time Twstop for mixtures satisfying ratio Tstop <Tpo from ratio Twstop=Tpo; setting working "stoppage" time Twstop satisfying ratio of Tstop exceeding or equal to Tpo from ratio Twstop= Tpos=Twc/N; determining time interval between filling mixture injection processes for first and second layers as Tinj exceeding or equal to T1c= (0.90-0.95)K1max, where K1max is maximal viscosity coefficient of first filling mixture layer and number of position for setting of injector S= Tinj/Tpos- Tinj(Twstop+Ttrans). Apparatus has rotary table, molds mounted on table, step engine, control unit for step engine and injectors, first and second injectors joined with molds, data input-output unit, and three computers. First computer is adapted for determining curing process time interval, second computer for determining recommended speed of rotary machine, and third computer for determining number of position for setting of second injector.
