FIELD: cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prophylactic effect of bath agents. Bath composition comprises biologically active substances, special additions and ethyl alcohol. Invention relates to method for preparing the composition also by mixing components. Biologically active substances and special additions are added to ethyl alcohol with different strength in sequence and depending on their solubility by it gradual diluting from maximal to minimal concentration. Invention relates to method for enhancement of topical immunity by using bath composition. Bath with the content of the composition 20 ml per a bath is taken before night in every other day for 20 days or wrappings and compresses made of cotton fabric and wetted with warm water (27-40 C) and with the composition comprising 10 ml per 0.5-1 l of water are put for 30-40 min during 20 days. The composition enhances topical immunity by recovery indices of skin automicroflora and metabolic capacity of peripheral blood neutrophyles.
