FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has counter and half-sleeve inserted into counter. Two eyelet openings are formed in upper part. Cord is passed through eyelet openings for fastening of counter to shoe. Counter components are bound by means of wire. Wire, which is initially made U-shaped, is inserted into two openings formed in stopper and in two openings of counter half-sleeve. Wire ends are bent inside half-sleeve so that said ends are facing one another. Insert is tightly introduced into stopper crown part. EFFECT: simplified construction and reliable and safe walking on icy surface. 4 dwg
