FIELD: food industry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for potato storage. Method for preparing potato before storage involves its treatment with immunostimulating agent that is used in combination with suspension of Steinernema caprocapsae taken in the amount 0.2-1% by suspension mass. Immunostimulating agent is prepared by sequential extracting micromycetes Mortierella zychae biomass with nonpolar extractant taken in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combination of the first extract with solid residue. Invention provides killing harmful insects without negative effect on immune status, germination capacity and organoleptic properties of potato. EFFECT: improved preparing method. |
