FIELD: proportioning devices; proportioning of loose powder-like materials sensitive to mechanical action. SUBSTANCE: proposed proportioning device has bin with outlet branch pipe, proportioning disk with measuring vessels and fixed disk with unloading hole which are located coaxially under bin. Each measuring vessel is provided with outer bead supported by surface of fixed disk; width of unloading hole is lesser than outer diameter of bead and is more than diameter of measuring vessel; ratio of height of measuring vessel to its inner diameter ranges from 0.3 to 0.5. It is preferable that height of bead is equal to difference between height of measuring vessel and proportioning disk.
