FIELD: locking armature for pneumatic and hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: valve packing has poppet valve head. Poppet valve head has coupling rod and iron ring. Packer is placed between coupling rod and iron ring. Packer is in contact with ring-shaped projection of saddle. Surfaces of coupling rod and iron ring are made coaxial and conical and intersecting with each other on the side, distant from the saddle, with cones, vertices of which are both on same side of saddle plane. On the side, oriented towards the saddle, this surfaces become cylindrical. Method for manufacture of valve packing includes embedding packer in poppet valve head between coupling rod and iron ring and then putting packer in stressed state. Packer is made of fluoroplastic. Said stressed state of packer is achieved by deforming packer by conical surfaces between coupling rod and iron ring. EFFECT: stable geometric shape of packer with wide-ranging specific loads and temperatures, increased technological effectiveness of manufacture. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
