FIELD: food industry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of potato with an immunostimulating agent that is used in combination with suspension of Steinernema feltiae taken in the amount 0.2-1% by suspension mass. Immunostimulating agent is prepared by sequential extracting micromycetes Sapolegnia parasitica biomass with a nonpolar extractant taken in supercritical state, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combination of the first extract with solid residue. Method provides killing harmful insects without disturbance of immune status of potato, without deterioration of organoleptic properties and germination capacity. EFFECT: improved preparing method. |
