SUBSTANCE: electronic measurement system that can be used to maintain communications among electronic meters in compliance with Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) has global network operating in compliance with TCP/IP, local network incorporating plurality of electricity, gas, or water meters, and memory for saving measured data, network interface for communication with mentioned networks and server operating in compliance with Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP) which is coupled with plurality of network interfaces and is given access to mentioned measured data to ensure access to these data for global network.
