FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: construction for connecting plurality of steel elements 110 with use of ring-shaped bushing keys 10 has at least combined overlapping one first and one second elements with apertures 121 for bolt 30 and ring grooves 112, said elements being interconnected by said bolt 30, which is inserted into respective aperture and tightened by nut 31. Aperture for bolt is made with first space. At least one ring-shaped bushing key is inserted into ring groove of both elements for preventing shear between elements. Ring groove of one element has second space, which is less than first space. According to connection method, after inserting bushing keys into grooves and bolts into apertures, during tightening by nut, second space on inner wall and outer wall of ring bushing key become equal, when ring grooves of first and second steel elements have the same central line.
