FIELD: rolled tube production, namely designs of stretch - reducing mills. SUBSTANCE: stretch - reducing mill includes driven carriage; apparatus for cross motion of changeable cartridges. Said apparatus is in the form of rotary tie rods having toothed racks engaging with drive shaft mounted in parallel relative to mill line and with supporting rollers mounted with possibility of vertical motion. Part of rail web is secured to said tie rods. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to shortened time period for changing cartridges with rolling stands. 2 dwg |
