FIELD: packing equipment. SUBSTANCE: impeller seal has dynamic packer and elastic cylindrical bushing placed along outer diameter of impeller, fixing ring and screw. In starting position free end of elastic bushing is set against fixed body element by projection for achieving water-tightness when rotor is not turning and during starting/stopping of device. EFFECT: water-tightness when rotor is not turning and during starting/stopping of device, lessened leaks through packing assembly of device. 3 dwg
