FIELD: processing of waste of polymeric materials, in particular, equipment for washing of waste of: ground film, bags, single-application vessels, etc. SUBSTANCE: the line has successively interconnected washing machine made in the form of a square-shaped tank with a semicylindrical bottom with a shaft with grooved activators passing inside it, separation machine and a rinsing machine made in the form of square-shaped tanks with transporting conveyers, settling tanks divided by filters. The cover of the washing machine carries a pipe with an extension piece for transfer of the washed raw material to the separation material. The washing machine is divided by detachable grooved partitions into washing chambers. The washing chambers communicate with one another through flow slots made in the partitions. At least one activator is installed inside each chamber. The last chamber is provided with a pump for transfer of the washed polymer to the separation machine. Grooving of the partitions and activators is so made that it facilitates an increase of turbulence of the flow produced by the activators. EFFECT: provided qualitative washing of ground polymeric materials with a simultaneous separation of admixtures of polymeric materials differing in density from the main material. 4 cl, 2 dwg |
