SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the stable, solid pharmaceutical preparation used for treatment of (hyper)cholesterolemia and (hyper)lipemia, more specifically, to the novel, solid pharmaceutical preparation comprising an inhibitor of HMG-CoA-reductase, for example, atorvastatin, pravastatin or their pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active component. Invention provides preparing the stable preparation wherein an inhibitor is protected against decomposition.
