PURPOSE: A method for acquiring an image in real time is provided to quickly acquire a still image from a preview image, process the acquired still image, and use the processed still image in various applications. CONSTITUTION: Preview outputted to a display unit through an image acquiring device is stilled(S501). The still image is copied, and the copied still image is stored. The preview is executed again before a process of an image stored after storing the still image is started(S503). The still image is stored in a storing unit connected with an image processing unit. The still image is stored in resolution same with the resolution of the image outputted from the display unit.
