SOLUTION: All armatures M, N, etc., of a linear motor are divided into a plurality of groups G1, G2, G3, etc., a first servo driver DM is connected to the group G1, and second servo drivers DS2, DS3, etc., are connected to the other groups G2, G3, etc. Then, the first servo driver DM, that has receives the signal of a rotary encoder 2 determines the driving speed and generation thrust of the linear motor for driving armatures M and M in the group G1, and the second servo drivers DS2, DS3, etc., control the speed of the armatures M, M, etc., in the groups G2, G3, etc., thus appropriately driving a plurality of armatures. |
