EMERGENCY CLOSING DEVICE FOR TAP HOLE OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An emergency closing device for tap hole of blast furnace is provided in which an intermediate nozzle tip is inserted into the tap hole during supplying of mud into the tap hole so that mud material is prevented from outflowing to the outside to stably close the tap hole without outflow of the mud material even if front nozzle tip is not closely adhered to the tap hole. CONSTITUTION: The emergency closing device for tap hole of blast furnace comprises a rear nozzle tip(30) mounted on the front end of cylinder(125) of a tap hole closing unit(120); a front nozzle tip(50) in which a rear projecting part(52) is indented thus fixed to the front part of the rear nozzle tip, and the front surface of which is contacted with the tap hole(110); and an intermediate nozzle tip(10) which is positioned inside the rear nozzle tip and the front nozzle tip in such a manner that the intermediate nozzle tip is moved back and forth, a rear part of which has a larger diameter compared to a rear part of the front nozzle tip, which is formed in such a conical shape that diameter of the intermediate nozzle tip is reduced as it goes from the rear side to the front side of the intermediate nozzle tip, and on the front part of which a plurality of split grooves are formed, wherein the front part of the intermediate nozzle tip is projected to the inner side of the tap hole when injecting a mud material(127) into the tap hole so that the mud material is injected into the tap hole without external outflow.
