PURPOSE: Provided is functional compost using duck excrements, which can improve antibacterial activity and quality of the crops treated with the compost, and help to recycle duck excrements and residues of medicinal herbs. Further, the compost is environmentally friendly and helps to improve soil productivity. CONSTITUTION: The compost is produced by mixing duck excrements, garlic and residues of medicinal herbs in a ratio of 65:25:10, adding a 20times-diluted solution of a photosynthetic bacteria solution at a ratio of 65 L per ton of the mixture, and fermenting the resulted mixture at 25-35 deg.C for 60 days. |
