PURPOSE: A cable used for a CO2 gas welder and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve workability by isolating or separating a power conductive line from a control line. CONSTITUTION: A cable used for a CO2 gas welder includes an outer layer(1) made of rubber and having heatproof and thermal plastics characteristics. A gas feeding pipe(2) is positioned at a center portion of the cable. A power conductive line(3) is provided at an inner peripheral portion of the outer layer(1). The power conductive line includes twelve unit wires having a diameter about 0.53mm and made from aluminum. The power conductive line is surrounded by a non-woven fabric(5). A control line(4) is positioned at an inner portion of the gas feeding pipe(3).
