PURPOSE: A unit core of a motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by crossing the unit core to an adjacent unit core in up and down direction. CONSTITUTION: Unit cores(50,70) are crossed to each other on an electrical sheet to be cut continuously. A unit yoke(51) of the unit core(50), which is located on a lower position, is designed to elongate in length, centering a line(L2) that connects a center(C3) of a core of the unit core(50) to a center of a gear tooth(52) of the unit core(50). A unit yoke(71) of the unit core(70), which is located on an upper position, is designed to locate in an opposite direction and to elongate in length. Such design reduces an area of the electrical sheet that is required to manufacture the predetermined number of the unit cores(50,70). |
