PURPOSE: A banking method for a drainage layer for the soft ground is provided to improve drainage efficiency and economical efficiency and to shorten a working process. CONSTITUTION: The banking method for a drainage layer for the soft ground comprises the steps of: paving a mat such as PET, etc on the soft ground to secure the trafficability of equipment when constructing a vertical drainage member and to prevent from mixing the clay and soil of the soft ground and a cover layer(M); forming a cover layer by piling up soils on the mat to secure the safety and trafficability of equipment when constructing a vertical drainage member(E); forming a drainage layer horizontally by piling up slag, broken aggregate, sand, etc, on the cover layer to gather pore water in the soft ground and to secure the trafficability of equipment(D); discharging the core water in the clay of the soft ground from the horizontal drainage layer, then interposing vertical drainage members at regular intervals to promote the consolidation by shortening the maximum drainage distance(V); and forming a preloading layer to settle the ground compulsively by discharging the core water in the clay of the soft ground by piling up slag, broken aggregate, sand, etc. on the horizontal drainage layer where the vertical drainage member is interposed, then pressing the top of the horizontal drainage layer(P).
