PURPOSE: A food waste treatment system is provided, to separate the food waste collected from a house and a restaurant into a bag, impurities and food waste and to ferment only the food waste for making it into a fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: The food waste treatment system a storage tank(10); a pulverizer(20); a bag opener(30); a bag separator(40) which separates the bag from the food waste to discharge only the food waste; a vibrator(50) which separates the impurities from the food waste separated at the bag separator(40) by vibration to supply it into the impurities storage tank(31); a pre-fermentation tank(60); a compression dehydrator(70); a microorganism supply tank(80); and a screen(91), a silo and a fertilizer packaging part. The waste water generated from the storage tank(10), the pre-fermentation tank(60) and the compression dehydrator(70) are treated at a waste water disposal plant.
