PURPOSE: A device and method for restoring the crack of a fluid feeding pipe is provided to prevent the leakage of fluid again by covering the crack part with a cover plate having a rubber packing and a fluid discharge valve. CONSTITUTION: A double rubber packing(16) is formed at the bottom of a metallic cover plate(11). A fluid discharge hole is formed at the inside of the rubber packing. A fluid discharge valve is mounted to the fluid discharge hole. The crack part of a feeding pipe(1) is covered with the cover plate. An auxiliary fixing unit(20) is provided to fix the cover plate to the feeding pipe.
