PURPOSE: A fastener assembly useful in production of passenger seat for automobile or airplane is provided to interconnect foam material of main body and a seat covering enclosing the main body of the seat. CONSTITUTION: The assembly(100) comprises a male coupling part fixed to one side of a seat body or covering and having a hook part having a number of stems and a base; and a female coupling part fixed to the seat body or the covering and having a loop and a base coupled by the stem parts(30). During a formation process for fixing the male and female coupling parts, either of the coupling parts is set up in position within the formation mold. The assembly further has a protection layer(c) having metal film(60) below the base of the coupling parts. In order to increase adhesion effect between the protection layer and the forming resin, an assistant layer(a) is located over a base of the coupling part.
