A combination product which comprises as pharmaceutically active ingredient at least one active ingredient component A and at least one active ingredient component B is described, where active ingredient component A is a direct soluble guanylate cyclase stimulator and active ingredient component B is a lipid-lowering agent. The two active ingredient components A and B can be administered either simultaneously or else sequentially, i.e. in the form of functional unit or separate from one another.
