STATOR VARNISH CLEANER EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A stator varnish cleaner equipment is provided to improve the productivity by rotating a wire brush to eliminate a varnish liquid from an inner diameter and an outer diameter of a stator. CONSTITUTION: Supporting rollers(11a,11b) support a stator installed on both sides of an upper portion of a main frame(10). A plurality of driving rollers(12a,12b) mount the stator horizontally and rotate the stator in clockwise counter-clockwise by a first driving motor(15). Inner and external wire brushes eliminate a varnish liquid from the surface of the stator by contacting with inner and external surfaces of the stator nested on the driving rollers(12a,12b) upon rotating. Upper and lower rotational shafts(30a,30b) are rotated by a third driving motor provided with the wire brushes. A movable body(20) supports the upper and lower rotational shafts(30a,30b) by being guided to a guide of the upper surface of the main frame(10). A movable body driver moves the movable body(20) forwardly and backwardly by being horizontally connected to a lower portion of the movable body(20) and rotating in connection with a rotation of a second driving motor(23).
