PURPOSE: Provided is a composition for forming an overcoat layer for an organic photoreceptor, which improves the life of the organic photoreceptor and has excellent solvent resistance and wearing resistance in the presence of a wet toner. CONSTITUTION: The composition for forming an overcoat layer for an organic photoreceptor comprises a poly(aminoether), an electron transport material and an alcohol solvent. In the composition, the poly(aminoether) is used in an amount of 70-99 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the total solid content of the composition. Additionally, the organic photoreceptor comprises a conductive support, a photosensitive layer formed on the top of the support, and an overcoat layer obtained by coating the composition on the top of the photosensitive layer and drying it.
