PURPOSE: A device for regulating a minimum rotational radius of a vehicle is provided to simply change the minimum rotational radius only by operating a steering wheel to a driver's intension without installing a special electric switch and an actuator to a hydraulic power steering. CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle with a pinion-rack steering mechanism including a pinion arranged to the lower end of a steering shaft coupled with a steering wheel, a rack(14) embedded in a gear box(13) and combined to the pinion to freely transfer left and right, and a tie rod(15) installed between the rack and a steering vehicle wheel, a device for regulating a minimum rotational radius of the vehicle elastically supports a rack stopper(16) for limiting the transfer of the rack with a return spring(17) and installs the rack stopper to transfer left and right. The movable distance of the rack coupled with steering vehicle wheel through the tie rod is regulated by varying the positions of the rack stopper by a regulating valve(19) installed to a power steering pinion valve(18) supplying oil to the gear box to rotation states of the steering shaft.
