MICRO-FLUID CONVEYING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A micro-fluid conveying device is provided to convey a fluid by thermal expansion and pressure of air for controlling a lot amount of fluid in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A micro-fluid conveying device includes upper and lower substrates(300,400) coupled with each other. The upper substrate includes a fluid sensing part(306) generating a biochemical reaction of a sample fluid by a sensing electrode, a washing solution storing part(316), a thermo-pneumatic pre-volume part(320) having air holes and storing air, and a waste fluid storing part(322) for storing the sample fluid exhibiting the biochemical reaction and the washing solution used for washing the fluid sensing part. The lower substrate includes the sensing electrode(402) fixed with a biochemical substance, and a heating element(406) for heating the thermo-pneumatic pre-volume part and the washing solution storing part. If the thermo-pneumatic pre-volume part and the washing solution storing part are heated simultaneously, the washing solution is transmitted to the fluid sensing part by the increase of pressure as a result of the fluid evaporation from an interface between the air and the washing solution. The washing solution is conveyed to the waste fluid storing part with the sample fluid.
