PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an inner cabinet for a refrigerator and a mold thereof are provided to remove non-formed areas generated in flange parts for reducing the reject rate in the manufacturing of the refrigerator inner cabinet. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an inner cabinet for a refrigerator includes the steps of preparing a mold having main body mold part(31) and a flange mold part(32) formed with movement holes(33), preparing a movable mold part(35) slidably protruded via the movement holes. A sheet for the inner cabinet is provided to the mold. The main body of the inner cabinet and the flange part are molded by removing air between the sheet and the mold. Concave groove forming parts(34) are formed to the flange part by the protrusion of the movable mold part via the movement holes.
