PURPOSE: A device for testing a roller is provided to reliably test the durability and the life span of a roller by dynamically testing the roller. CONSTITUTION: A frame(13) is formed in square frame shape. A wheel assembly(15) has a wheel(21) rotatively combined with the frame and roll-contacting with a roller(11) to be tested. A driving motor(23) rotates the wheel assembly. A speed meter(25) measures rotational frequency of the driving motor. A roller mounting part(30) is installed to mount the roller to be rotatively movable. An actuator(41) applies a load of the roller to the wheel assembly, making the roller approach the wheel assembly or separating the roller and the wheel assembly. A load cell(51) measures the load applied to the wheel assembly by the roller.
