WINDING STRUCTURE OF STATOR OF AC GENERATOR FOR VEHICLE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A winding structure of a stator of an AC generator for vehicle and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce the size, increase the output power, and improve an insulating characteristic by improving the winding structure of the stator. CONSTITUTION: An AC generator for vehicle includes a stator core having a plurality of slots(11a) and a stator winding wire(12). The stator core includes a plurality of slot reception parts, first coil ends of n number, and second coil ends of n number. Each of the slot reception part is arranged to the longitudinal direction of each inside of the slots. The first coil ends of n number are serially connected to the slot reception parts corresponding to different addresses within both slots at a first sectional side of the axial direction of the stator core by a continuous conductor line. The second coil ends of n number are serially connected to the slot reception parts corresponding to different addresses within both slots at a second sectional side of the axial direction of the stator core. A first coil end group(12a) and a second coil end group are formed by the first coil ends and the second coil ends.
