PURPOSE: A transmission supporter bracket assembly of a vehicle is provided to improve effects for absorbing and cutting off vibration and noise generated at a power unit and increase riding comfort by applying pads to two spots of the supporter bracket assembly. CONSTITUTION: A transmission supporter bracket assembly(2) of a vehicle for connecting a transmission with a vehicle body by interposing a mounting bracket for including an insulator fixed to the transmission is composed of a bracket supporter(10) fixed with the insulator at the front end; a first pad(30) arranged at the lower part of the bracket supporter as a shock absorbing device; a pad bracket(40) disposed to the front side of the first pad to disperse and transmit noise and vibration transmitted from a transmission housing to the first pad; and a second pad(52) mounted as the shock absorbing device between the bracket supporter and a fixing bolt(22) fixing the bracket supporter to the transmission housing.
