摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is an organic phosphorus-containing compound having excellent flame resistance suitable to be used for providing flame resistant polyurethane foam with no emission of toxic substances. CONSTITUTION: The organic phosphorus-containing compound is tetrakis (dichloropropyl)meta-phenylene diphosphate represented by the following formula and having excellent flame resistance compared to conventional flame retarding agents.
