The single-acting or double-acting matrix has thick copper tracks (6) exceeding 100 micrometers with certain mechanical and electrical characteristics. A series of cutting bushes (1) is fixed on plate holder caps (3) together with cap striking plate. The plate holder caps and cap striking plate are positioned at the bottom of the matrix, and are bordered peripherally by cutting an outer ring (4). A punch guiding plate (7) is located on top of the matrix, where each of the bushes is positioned according to a printed circuit design.
