This invention describes an apparatus to provide pressure pulses to ceme nt slurries in a well, as the cement makes the transition from liquid slurry to a solid, with the objective to improve the quality of the cement. More specifically, to prevent gas migration, determine the waiting-on-cement time and improve the quality of cement evaluation logs.
