Plastic food bags for fruit and vegetables with die-cut gauze-protected windows

In a process to make food bags for e.g. fruit and vegetables, a plastic web (1) advances over a cutting bench in which windows are die-cut at pre-determined positions. The windows are closed by plastic nets (4) heat-welded in position. The web is then folded and heat-welded along the sides to be closed, forming a food bag.
