The tubular frame (12) has longitudinal bars and crossbars of square cross-section welded together. There are six vertical legs (14) with feet at the bottom, held in clamps with handwheels (18) allowing height adjustment. The frame may carry a box (20) with drawers (22), which may be used as a seat. Extensions (28) may be clamped (60,64) to some of the legs, consisting of square-section tubes or rods (62). Clamps (26) may be fastened to the vertical legs and extensions holding fishing rod rests (30) and bait containers (32). The clamps have round C-shaped outer portions, compressing inner square C-shaped inner portions which grip the square-section tubes.
