PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing a high-quality collar supporter with low cost by a new press-working means. SOLUTION: The collar supporter A is produced by forming a near rectangle of top-view long form using a thin synthetic resin film having flexibility, by arranging a plurality of reinforcing ribs 1 extending to a longitudinal direction each with a predetermined distance, and by arranging an engaging piece 2 at one end edge and a plurality of engaging holes engaged with this engaging piece 2 at other end parts. A continuous tape 4 of a synthetic resin film is fed to a press machine 5, wherein the reinforcing ribs 1 are press molded in the first step B and are punched a contour in the second step C.
