PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a duct of trial production with a smooth inner face in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A flexible belt-like hydraulic raw material 11 is wound around an inner mold 10. This hydraulic raw material 11 is composed of a glass fiber base fabric with a hydraulic resin. The hydraulic raw material 11 wound on the inner mold 10 is dipped in water mixed with a sealing compound. After the hydraulic raw material 11 is cured, this cylindrical hydraulic raw material 11 is divided into two parts, and the inner mold 10 is taken out. Then, the two parts are stuck to the original shape to complete the duct of trial production.
