PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supplying apparatus for avoiding the flow rate of oil flowing into an oil tank even if the elevation difference between the upper section of piping and the level of oil in the oil tank is large. SOLUTION: The oil supplying apparatus 1 is composed so that a pipeline at a part connected to an end section 61 becomes lower than an end section 61 as compared with conventional examples, and uses piping 2 where an oil residence section 21 for temporarily storing oil 99 for flowing into an oil tank 8 is provided. The residence section 21 is formed by composing the pipeline in a U shape, and a valve 22 for drain is installed at the lowest section. Additionally, in the pipeline 2, a communicating pipe 23 is provided for allowing a space section 86 in an oil tank 8 to communicate with a space section in the piping 2 at the upstream side regarding the conduction of oil 99 in the residence section 21.
