PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the silent property by preventing occurrence of a squeal assuredly and enhance the stability and the accuracy of control easily and at low cost. SOLUTION: In this flow rate control valve 1 including an electromagnetic driving component 2 having a solenoid 3 and a plunger 4 displaced by excitation of the solenoid 3, a valve component 5 for opening/closing a flow path F placed on one end 4p of the plunger 4, and a diaphragm 6 for supporting resiliently the valve component 5, there is provided an energizing member 7 for energizing the other end 4q of the plunger 4 to at least a direction Ds perpendicular to the movable direction Dm of the plunger 4.
