PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor of improved delivery valve response, high efficiency, and high reliability, having a delivery valve structure capable of preventing incorrect assembly with a simple method and easily assembling. SOLUTION: The delivery valve structure which this compressor has includes the delivery valve 4, a delivery valve holder 6 controlling open of the delivery valve 4 and provided with a through hole 5 of an elongated hole having a longer dimension in a longitudinal direction of the valve holder 6 at a position almost facing an outlet 3.
