PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise accumulator for compression of a cooling medium and the like. SOLUTION: This accumulator for a cooler compressor is equipped with a cylindrical sealed-type tank (8), an intake pipe (2) whose one end is inserted into the tank (8) from its upper side and whose other end is connected to a heat exchanger (43), and an exhaust pipe (6) whose one end is inserted into the tank (8) from its bottom and whose other end is connected to a compression pump (42). Inside of the tank (8), a perforated disk-type intermediate plate (7), penetrated through the exhaust pipe (6) is placed. In addition, the intermediate plate (7) is welded and fixed to each of the exhaust pipe (6) and the inner wall of the tank (8) so that these three components are integrated via the intermediate plate (7).
