PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out lowering of liquid level, down sizing, improvement of maintainability, utilizing prevention of gas intrusion by insertion mounting a gas intrusion inhibitor in a head box (seed box, etc.). SOLUTION: A top plate with a vortex suppressor is insertion mounted to cover the liquid outlet, on the 45°upper position from liquid outlet inner circumference line spacing to reduce the pressure loss on upward of the liquid outlet holding a predetermined head. The device matches for limited production with a wide variety, contribute to the stable operation of the following process by eliminating fluctuation of indication caused by bubbles in measuring flow meter on the liquid outlet tube.
