PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shape-retaining material for garments giving slight environmental loading when wasted, and easily burnt or recycled while having good shape retention. SOLUTION: The shape-retaining material for garments comprises resin sheets 1, 6 (preferably a stretch olefin having 13-40 times a stretch ratio) having≥10 GPa of tensile modulus of elasticity (preferably comprising laminated sheets 3, 8 obtained by laminating thermoplastic resin films 2, 7 on at least one surface of the resin sheet).
