PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain a worked part having improved fatigue strength by applying ultra-sonic striking treatment so that tension residual stress developed in the worked part is apart from the worked part. SOLUTION: The ultra-sonic striking treatment is applied in the right angle direction to a load action direction of steel surface in the range of the worked end surface developed with the working of steel and more than the plate thickness from the end surface.
