PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an extrusion molding improved in moldability such as resistance to a neck-in property, a drawdown property, an extrusion load, a visual appearance or the like, and superior in a balance of physical properties of a molded article, such as improvement of a heat sealability, a hot-tack property and a stickiness or the like, a laminated film having the innermost layer or a middle layer made of the composition, and a method for manufacturing the laminated film are also provided. SOLUTION: The resin composition for the extrusion molding contains a copolymer of ethylene and a 4-12Cα-olefine produced by an ionic polymerization and having an MFR of 0.01-20 g/10min, density of 880-940 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and an Mw/Mn of≥3.5, wherein the MFR and melt tension satisfy a specific relationship and the MFR and intrinsic viscosity satisfy a specific relationship; the above copolymer of 20-90wt.% and an ethylenic copolymer made by radical polymerization of 10-80wt.%.
