The basic implant is assembled of a lower element (2) to be fixed in the jawbone and an upper element (1) for holding the artificial tooth screwed to the first element (2). A sealing ring made of micro-thin bacteria resistant foil (3) adjusting to the shape of the contact surfaces is positioned between both parts (1, 2) in order to avoid an infection of the surrounding tissue by bacteria caught in gaps present in the affected area.
