A speed stabilizer has a lead in the cut of which are installed inertial mass bodies, a housing, this is arranged of two discs with slots, between those there is placed a lead; the inertial mass bodies are made with possibility of displacement along the cut and along the slots as well. The inertial mass bodies are arranged as a roller with possibility of interaction through rolling at one radial guide of the slit of the lead; on the roller, in coaxial position, with possibility to roll, there are placed five rollers; at that the central of those is arranged with possibility to roll in the opposite radial guide of the slot of the lead, and the peripheral rollers are separated along the axis with possibility to roll, for one pair, symmetrically with respect to the lead of the separated rollers in one guide of the slot of the discs of the housing; and the second pair can move symmetrically with respect of the lead of separated rollers - atthe opposite guide of the slot of the discs of housing; besides that, in the cut of the lead and in the slots of the housing reborings are provided to place with radial gap a cylinder, and the rollers, in non-contact zone; and to the short arm of the lead a counterweight is rigidly fixed.
